Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I choose what music I want to hear?
Yes. With any package you choose, and after receipt of the required deposit, I will offer you a complete music listing of yesterday's and today's popular choices in both Pop and Country music genre.

2. What if you don't have what I want to hear?
With our extensive music library it is unlikely that we do not have what you want to hear, however if we do not have it we will purchase the first 10 for free with an additional, nominal charge thereafter.

3. How do you fit in with our wedding plans?
I meet with the couple at least twice prior to the special day to go over all details of your day. I also iniclude a 'Bridal Informational Packet' asking information on date, when and where, bridal party info and most important, a sample plan of how you might plan your day! This ensures that your special day flows without any gaps!

4. How do I reserve your services?
Visit our contact page to start the process rolling. You can call on our toll free number or send us and email. I will then contact you to obtain more information and to verify the date. After receiving 1/2 down as a deposit, your date is reserved on my calendar. Please note that the date is not reserved until receipt of the deposit.

5. When is the balance of your fee due?
The balance is due by the week of your event, prior to the date of the event.
